Hello. This is my testimonial about the service I received in my immigration case handled by Attorney María Mendoza. My name is Victoria Núñez. I arrived in the United States in December 2010 from Honduras. I currently live in West Virginia. Before having my work permit and travel permit, my life was full of worry, anxiety, and uncertainty. In 2020, I learned about Attorney María Mendoza’s services through Facebook. In November of that year, I scheduled a consultation with her. I was very satisfied with the consultation and decided to hire her services. By July 2021, I had my work permit, which also included advance parole, allowing me to travel to Honduras if I wished and return to the United States. I will always be grateful because Attorney María Mendoza helped me obtain my documents quickly and efficiently, just as she had promised. I am also in the process of obtaining my permanent residency, and I trust in God and the great work Attorney María Mendoza has done in my case that I will soon receive that great news.

Ma
y name is Ma. del Socorro Ibarra Herrera, and before I learned about attorney María Mendoza, I always lived in fear — afraid to go to the store, buy groceries, go to doctor appointments, or even go to my children's school, worried that the police might stop me. I was always afraid to go out, had to pay for taxis, and on top of that, pay for food and groceries too.Sometimes I had no choice but to risk driving, but one day I was browsing Facebook and saw attorney María Mendoza. I thought a lot before calling her, because you always think no one is really going to help you — but I called her anyway, and I don’t regret that decision at all. She is an excellent attorney, along with her whole team, and now I have the privilege of having my work permit and my driver’s license. And with God’s help, I will soon have my residency.I encourage you to call attorney María Mendoza — she and her team can help you too. Many blessings to her entire team who help make the American dream come true for many people like me… and maybe for you too.

I ask God that one day I’ll be granted my residency so I can go to Mexico. It’s been 36 years since I last went.Sofía, my journey began like this: I arrived in 1988. I had papers and a work permit in 1994. In 2002, my residency was denied and I was given a deportation order. My world fell apart.I continued with my life, moved to another state, and lost all hope of reopening my case.In 2022, my sister-in-law came to visit my husband and told him about attorney María Mendoza. We didn’t believe it. My sister-in-law kept insisting until she showed us her work permit. That’s when we believed her and contacted the attorney. My husband told her about my case, and she said that if there were no issues, she would file both my case and my husband’s.I still can’t believe that, thanks to God, I received such a great blessing.Thank you so much, attorney María Mendoza.
