“Every story I defend reminds me of where I come from.”
My story begins with my mother, originally from Durango, Mexico, who immigrated to the United States in search of a better future. I grew up on the outskirts of El Paso, Texas, and from a young age I understood the sacrifice and hope that accompany those who cross the border. That experience shaped my life and today guides me as a lawyer.
Before founding The Mendoza Law Firm, I worked on complex litigation and immigration policy at the federal level, collaborating with the Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. That path taught me that the law can and should be a tool for protection, not fear.
Today, I dedicate my profession to defending those who seek stability, justice, and freedom in this country. Because behind every immigration case there is a story like mine, and every story deserves to be heard and protected.
I fight for a better future for you and your family.
Every case that comes to my firm represents a life and the future of a family that deserves protection.
My commitment is to fight for a better future for you and your loved ones. To work with honesty, explain every detail of your case clearly, and defend the rights of my people with the law in hand.
But my work goes beyond each humanitarian visa approved: it continues with each reunion of my people with their loved ones and in each family that manages to live without fear in the United States, after obtaining their residence or citizenship.

More than resolving immigration cases, my mission is to change lives.
My work as an immigration lawyer goes beyond the courtroom: it is a commitment to my community. At The Mendoza Law Firm, I work every day to provide information, protection, and hope to those facing the U.S. immigration system.
I firmly believe that access to justice should not depend on immigration status. That is why an important part of my mission is to bring legal knowledge to everyone who needs it. Because when a family understands its rights, it stops being afraid and begins to build its future with confidence.
The fight continues, and you are not alone.
If you are ready to take the next step in your immigration journey, my team and I are here to listen to you and walk with you toward a more secure future in the United States.
Don't give up. The fight continues
